We are currently recruiting for the following roles:

1. ACE Village Commercial Director (Start: September 2025)
   A strategic leadership position to shape and grow Pilio’s ACE Village model — a hub for regenerative cotton innovation and market access.

2. Short-Term Research Consultant (4–6 weeks)
   Conduct a detailed scoping study of the current status of Indian cotton production, with attention to regional diversity, market actors, and sustainability transitions.

3. Short-Term Research Desk-based Study (8 weeks)
   Lead the development of a landscape review on nature-based carbon sequestration solutions, with a focus on regenerative practices in cotton-growing systems.
